DOST reformulates alcohol for front liners

In response to the Enhanced Community Quarantine and to continue seamless service, the Department of Science and Technology Region 02 thru the Local Government Unit of Echague, Isabela gave free ride to health workers using the electric tricycles deployed in the municipality.
