Signing of MOA during the launching of livelihood program for BBBP Rural Urbanization Development Inc.

In support to the empowerment of Bagong Buhay Bagong Pag Asa Rural Urbanization Development Inc., a launching program and MOA signing for the Livelihood Training Program was conducted in partnership with DOST-PSTC Isabela, Isabela State University – Cauayan Campus, and Angat Unlad Negosyo Consumer Cooperative on March 8, 2018 at ISU Hostel Function Hall, Cauayan City, Isabela.
Engr. Marcelo G. Miguel, Provincial Director of DOST-PSTC Isabela, Mr. Sonny M. Pimentel, Chairman of Angat Unlad Negosyo Consumer Cooperative, Leonila D. De Vera, Chairman of BBBP Rural Urbanization Development Inc. and Dr. Josephine C. Cristobal, Extension Director of ISU-Cauayan Campus led the signing of MOA in support to the establishment of enterprise activity of Bagong Buhay Bagong Pag Asa Rural Urbanization Development Inc. during the ceremony.
The project also aimed to empower the rebel returnees as they go back to the fold of community and to persuade the rebels who are still pursuing their arm revolution – that through the establishment of enterprise activity, they may somehow uplift the economic condition of their living which can result to peaceful resolutions and economic progress.
